How contact data is handled

Legal basis
Where your inquiry concerns a possible engagement or contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other professional inquiries are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in communicating about the Value Stream Conference and Dynamic Agility.
Data and recipients
The form processes the fields you submit and technical request data needed for secure delivery. Access is limited to authorized personnel and the hosting and email-delivery providers used as processors. The form uses Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., for transactional email delivery.
International transfer
Resend states that customer data is stored in the United States. The transfer is addressed through Resend’s Data Processing Addendum, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and its certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The sending domain is to be configured in Resend’s Ireland region for outbound email routing; this does not change the provider’s stated U.S. storage location.
Retention
The website does not save form submissions in its database. Received messages are kept until the inquiry has been handled and are then deleted unless statutory retention duties apply or the data remains necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. The delivery provider retains delivery data according to the selected account settings and contractual terms.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
Supervisory authority
For this Bavaria-based private company, the competent supervisory authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
No automated decision-making or profiling is used for contact requests.
